Laura Linney
Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964, in New York, New York U.S.A. was an American actor who has a reputation for playing powerful, but fragile characters. Linney is from the theatre-loving side of her family. Her father named Romulus Linney was a writer. Linney earned her bachelor's degree at Brown University, and then went on to study at Arts Theatre School Moscow. New York City was her first stop in 1990. She was in New York City when she began in her Broadway career. She was praised for both Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
